1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- The item is not marked as final sale or non-returnable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
- Personal care items (e.g. underwear, cosmetics)
- Gift cards and downloadable software
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team via email or phone.
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging.
- Ship it to the return address provided by our team.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Processing time is usually 3–5 business days after approval.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your payment provider — it may take time to post.
- Still no refund? Email us at support@royalhive.shop.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
7. Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
